A MESSAGE FROM DR ANSELL
I am delighted to be able to let my patients know that my husband and I are expecting a baby at the end of August. I will be taking maternity leave from the 14th August and returning to my usual timetable after easter weekend 2016. I am pleased to announce that Dr James Woodward has agreed to look after my patients for the first few months of my maternity leave. He is a locally trained GP who I hold in the highest regard and have every faith he will continue to uphold the excellent level of care we expect at the Phoenix Surgery. I will be keeping in weekly contact with him whilst I am on leave so I don't lose touch with you all whilst I am away.

NHS ENGLAND - LIST MAINTENANCE PROJECT 2015 - Registration letters from NHS England – please respond if you receive a letter as part of this project.
The NHS is carrying out work in Bath, Gloucestershire, Swindon and Wiltshire to make sure the patient details on GP lists are accurate. Letters are being sent to some patients, but not all. It is really helpful for us to hold your most up to date details, so please do complete the update form provided. Thank You.
USING OUR ONLINE APPOINTMENT AND PRESCRIPTION SERVICES
