Phoenix Surgery Announcement

The practice will be moving to a new and hopefully better medical software system on Wednesday 22nd February.

We have been preparing for this change for sometime, however our service to you may be a little slower for the first few days while we get used to the new system, so please bear with us.

It would be of great help if you are able to plan ahead and request any repeat medication before the 22nd February. If you use the online prescription ordering service, or the online appointment booking service you may find that it does not work for a couple of days during the period of changeover. I can assure you it will be restored as soon as we can.
